Where do I begin???? Niya is INCREDIBLE. I originally reached out to her about me blind ordering a dress because I live in Memphis and have a super busy schedule. She was super helpful in assisting with that and I actually was able to make it to Nashville she even opened up an appointment for me right before they opened. I didn't plan on sharing my experience but after speaking with my family (bridal party), I have to. I am only sharing one star because I like my dress and because our stylist seemed to be trying her best. Epic Bride is truly the best! I visited four bridal shops in Nashville before finding my dress at Epic, and the experience was unmatched. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special. They really took the time to listen to what I liked and thoughtfully adjusted the dresses they pulled throughout my appointment.
