This was the second bridal boutique I went to. My experience here versus the first one was a complete 180 and not in a good way. I didn't feel as if I was heard. There were communication issues between what I was looking for and what was pulled for me/suggested at first. I was put in a small changing room and was left to put all the dresses on by myself (someone came and helped zip them up). I had an amazing experience buying my wedding dress from Luxe bridal! I would highly recommend them to everyone! They had so many options for me and were extremely patient as I worked through them until I found the one!
Horrible experience, I was honestly extremely disappointed by the lack of kindness and help my bridal consultant showed. She was rude and not attentive. I’ve been to about 5 different bridal shops where I had kind bridal consultants that took pictures of me, wanted to know more about how my fiancé and I met, and let me know their thoughts on dresses but this place was by far the worst. I cannot say enough amazing things about Luxe Bridal Studio in Nashville, TN! From the moment I started my wedding dress shopping journey in November 2024, Niya and her team have been nothing short of incredible.
