I went into the store and was not helped at all. They automatically approached my slimmer MOH and when they found out I was the bride basically ignored me.I decided to ignore this experience seeing as it was the weekend of the wedding show and figured they were busy, plus they have great reviews. I therefor decided to send an email about a particular gown to see if the store carried it. It has been a couple of weeks and still haven't heard back from them! Luxe Bridal was by far the best experience that I have had while shopping for my wedding gown. The bridal consultants (Laura and Dominique) were so pleasant to work with and I never felt pressured. I ended up getting my dream dress from there and I couldn't have been happier with my whole experience. They were quick at responding to my emails and were extremely patient with my indecisiveness. I would recommend this store to any bride!
This bridal boutique is better than any other I have been to. We had the whole place to ourselves, the changing area was beautiful with couches for seating and it was set up so that my bridesmaid could feel like she was a part of experience. The quality of the dresses for the price is incredible. The construction and lace in the dresses I was trying on we're so expensive looking and intricate compared to some other boutiques at the same price. I had an incredible experience working with Maddy and Lisa at Luxe Bridal. Very professional, and went above and beyond to find me a gorgeous dress and make sure it was absolutely perfect on my wedding day. They also took care of dressing my 8 bridesmaids, and 2 groomsmaids. All of the girls had a very pleasant experience dealing with both owners, as well as their staff and seamstresses.
