Very disappointing. Both my daughter and I were charged for a cut when we only had a colour done. When I called and spoke to Claire she was very rude about us enquiring about what we had been charged for and said that maybe Luxe was not the salon for us, insinuating it was beyond our affordability. An honest mistake by the hairdresser Keira, turned into an insult by reception. Furthermore when I complained to the owner Bree, I was met with the same snobby attitude and rudeness. Our hair and makeup was done by the lovely Bree & Claire on my wedding day, and I could not fault their work. From the initial enquiry, they were patient and prompt in answering all my questions. On my trial day, Bree created exactly what I wanted in my hair and gave advice about how to best prep the veil I had purchased to pin into my hair. I had no idea what I wanted out of my makeup and gave Claire a “natural-looking” brief, and she truly made me feel like a supermodel. The team at Luxe boutique are brilliant. Professional and friendly and really well trained in their field. I've had cosmetic tattoing carried out there, wedding makeup done, nails done and regularly have my hair cut around every 5 weeks. Love the friendly and experienced service that I receive.
