We booked LuxeBooth for our event and had a genuinely mixed experience. The pre-sale process was excellent — responsive, warm, and thorough — and it's a big part of why we signed. Unfortunately, once we'd paid, communication dropped off sharply and turned brief and impersonal. That change had real consequences. We had such a great experience with Luxebooth at our wedding. The setup looked beautiful and blended right into the reception, and the photo quality was genuinely impressive. Our guests loved it. There was a steady line all night, and it became a fun, natural gathering spot. The attendant was friendly and kept everything running smoothly without being overbearing.
