She always makes you wait outside sometimes more than 30 mins! And if you cancel for personal reasons she doesn’t want to give her packages next time . Very disappointed!
UPDATE: Dec 2025 I still get a facial every month, since July of 2024! Reina has a great touch, makes me feel very comfortable and I leave feeling fantastic with beautifully hydrated skin! I found Luxe Body Wraps via a special offer via Groupon and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Reina at Luxe Body Wraps is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, kind, and has a wonderful touch. She performed the first treatment and made recommendations which honestly improved my skin. I also asked for recommendations for skin care and I’ve been very happy with the results!
