Have lived here for a year and just checked out two months ago. Overall experience was terrible. The lounge is full of a weird smell. Maintenance will enter your room without any permissions or notice. Packages and food deliveries were lost many times during this year. After checking out from this apartment for two months, the refund for deposit has never been received. I decide to re sign my lease once more . The officers at the desk are kind and. the office is by my school. I have put in maintenance problem, and they will get fixed. I have sometimes problems with package but officers sopie and dan helps. I recommend this center if you go to the OSU.
