Made a booking for an appointment. Turned up to the shop, only to find the shop was closed and locked. When I messaged the contact, was told the beautician had decided to do other work, and they were fully booked, even though I had a booking, offered to rebook me the next day. Didn’t tell me early, waited till I had wasted my time and transport costs to get to the shop before cancelling on me. Terrible communication, and even with a booking you get cancelled on.
