I have always found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. They know bathrooms and always provide excellent service and advice. They have made our ensuite and bathroom renovation super easy even when we personally made some wrong choices, they were more than happy to help us resolve the issues. Also note, the business is closing down at the end of the year and they currently have a clearance sale on. All the best to all the staff.
I wish there a negative star rating, the attendance on the counter was not doing anything but ignored us for more than 10mins till me left. Don't care about sales at all
