Description was not accurate. Said 2010-2015 Camaro, sent 2014-2015 Camaro and did not fit. Did not respond to my email. Rejected my return request, even though it was their fault with the incorrect product DESCRIPTION. Poor business operation.
Awful experience with this merchant. First they send me a product that’s completely the wrong size, then they take weeks to reply to my request for a return/exchange, then when I finally get a refund they charge me for shipping twice, when they sent me the wrong sized product in the first place! Buyers beware shop elsewhere!
I ordered some vinyl from their website. It took a little longer to ship than it stated in the confirmation email. I emailed them asking for a status on the order and it got shipped out that day. They packed it extremely well! I will definitely order from Luxe in the future. :)
The team all around are an awesome crew!!! Their work ethic and prices are unmatched!! My 2019 GMC Arcadia went in one way and came out NEW!!! I love it!!! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE to please don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself!!! Get by there today!!!!
