Was quoted one price for some work.. dropped car off when told the car was ready the price was almost double (original was $800, told us $1500 at pickup).
Stephanie at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us the vinyl wrap we needed. From coordinating shipping to making sure we received the right amount of film, the entire experience was amazing from start to finish! All this money and an empty tube. Ordered weeks ago, kept saying out for delivery, repeatedly asked for the status Finally got the well reinforced tube 3 weeks later. What was in it? the sprays and tools. No kit to install. Will never buy from them again. Wasted money. Customer service was contacted. Even sent them the pictures they requested. All I get is silence.
Worst ever. Talked to a tech, told him what I wanted. Reiterated I wanted my taillights and headlights DARK not smokey. Wanted my driver side and passenger side windows where you couldn't see in. Not 5% but just one above it. Ok, tech gives me quote. Drop my vehicle off . I guess it was the manger that came out of the office that day, told him what I wanted and also told him I talked to a tech. Left, had to go back I left something in my vehicle, I walked into a mess.
