I ordered this on December 25th but didn't receive it until January 20th. Because of the delay Luxe was kind enough to refund the shipping cost. After opening the box everything I need to apply appears to be there. Instructions were included but since I live in the northeast I can not comment further until it warms up.
Shop elsewhere. Terrible quality, even worse customer service. Takes minimum a week for any type of response, and another week for any resolution.
Fast and friendly
I have bought several items from Luxe throughout the last year for my husband's Ram truck. I wasn't sure what to buy, but they helped me every step of the way. I will admit that I tried to apply the taillight tint myself and messed it up. They were so kind when I told them & immediately helped me with the next kit. They custom designed the stripe kit and my husband loves it! If you want to customize your vehicle, this is the place to go!
Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a full roll of vinyl on Friday, well before the cutoff for the same-day fulfillment promised on their website. Their policy also states 2–4 business days for delivery, so the latest it should’ve arrived was Thursday. When nothing showed up, we called Luxe, they refused to take any responsibility and just told us to contact Shop.com.
