I've lived at Luxe since November and could not be happier. This is the second time I am living at the Highlands and it is a lovely apartment community. My apartment at both Luxe and my first apartment at Harper House are incredible, well-appointed with high end appliances, high ceilings and what renters are looking for in modern luxury apartments. I've been living at Luxe at the Highlands and I can honestly say it feels like true luxury living. The apartment itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and includes top-tier features like an in-unit washer and dryer, microwave, stove, and a fridge with built-in water dispenser. Not Worth the Price – Poor Management Overshadows a Beautiful Property While this apartment complex may appear luxurious from the outside, the management and overall living experience tell a very different story. This has been the worst place we've ever lived. The apartment finishes are where the good starts and ends. As others have noted in their reviews, the walls here could not be thinner. We hear every little thing our neighbors do. As I write this, there is a dog that has been barking for 3 straight days in the neighboring unit that sounds like it's in the other room of our unit.
