My husband and I have really enjoyed living at Lux at Mile High. The front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the owner has consistently been kind and great to work with. Our apartment has been clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and any maintenance requests have been handled quickly. Review after my first 90 days Application submitted: 11/05/2025 Lease signed: 11/09/2025 Move-in date: 12/06/2025 Unit type: A2 Overall, my experience at Luxe at Mile High has been positive so far. The leasing and management team—Cory (PM), Tanner (APM), Elexa(LC) and Eduardo(LC)—were great during my move-in process. Elexa helped me secure a concession of two months free prorated over my 18-month lease, and Tanner and Eduardo made sure the discount was correctly applied to my rent account. Every week there is new office staff. And I suppose they are nice people all that but still this complex never has people that have answers because they are always new. Seriously we have gone through at least 5 crews in the last 4 years. Nicole used ro hold it down for the longest then its been a new crew Every 2 weeks. Its insane.
The electric car charging stations have been down for weeks with no communication from the property as to why they don’t work and when they will be fixed. The charging stations on the second floor haven’t worked FOR MONTHS!!! Very frustrating as a resident with an EV it’s inconvenient And extremely inconsiderate with the lack of communication this issue needs to be solved immediately. That was one of the selling points that they have chargers in their garages and for them to not work for almost a month is insane .
Tanner has been exceptionally helpful finding all the details I need in a living space. He didn’t ask me to do this review, I’m doing it because I’ve dealt with a lot of agents & he’s been THE BEST!
