This is a great apartment complex. Management runs a tight ship. Things are fixed asap. The outside landscaping etc is quite beautiful and maintained. Double dog Park, dog wash. Beautiful pool. Complex is really really well managed.
We lived at the Luxe Luxury apartment homes for almost 4 years and loved it. The complex is well managed and always in mint condition. The amenities are 5 star and always spotless. The salt water pool area is amazing. The staff was always professional, warm and friendly and anything that came up was handled asap. We are definitely going to miss living here and highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a place to rent as you transition to the Myrtle Beach area.

UPDATE: The Luxe was by far my favorite apartment I've ever lived in (I've lived in 4 different states). The office staff is ALWAYS friendly (shoutout to Taylor) and the grounds are impeccable compared to most complexes. They are prompt with maintenance requests and they always update you when they have construction / pest control / any miscellaneous updates to share.
