God awful experience I left there in tears. I sat in Melissa’s chair for 20 minutes while she ran her fingers through my hair and told me that she refused to do what I wanted. Didn’t offer any suggestions to do anything else. I wanted highlights and a hair cut. Even refused to do the hair cut and when I asked her if she wanted me to leave she asked me to leave her salon.
