Exceptional Zaffron Latte!
I tried three different food items and their iced Americano.I think the food options might’ve been a lot tastier had they been heated up properly. I think the girl working there only popped the food in the mini oven for less than a minute. I got the Dubai chocolate croissant, ham and cheese quiche, and the meat burek. The croissant was stale and not fresh at all – it wasn’t flaky, and it definitely looked better than it tasted; the quiche was too salty and because it wasn’t heated properly the consistency was just chunky. I wish I could give this place more stars. I really do! I was so disappointed to learn that they allow people to smoke on the patio! Didn't we do away with that ages ago??!??I've seen ppl smoking here numerous times before but only had the chance to ask about it today. I was told that, essentially, it's okay as long as it doesn't bother anyone!! That's not how smoking laws in Ontario operate:( And, as an aside but also noteworthy, my croissant was stale :(
I had apple turnover and matcha and it was great! Matcha is not sweetened with sugar and tasted just perfect. The service was excellent as well
