Do not call any one else for your HVAC needs and only call Luxe Air! He immediately answered and was not prompted to a robot. I explained to him the issue I was having and quickly gave me a time he can come out to repair my thermostat. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the day and was able to work out a time he would arrive to my home. He quickly diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what to do to repair it quickly. Please call Luxe Air for all your HVAC needs

If you are looking for an expert with the highest level of integrity please reach out to Luxe Air. Sami stepped up at a critical time when another company was trying to take advantage of my inlaws. Trying to sell them a system when there was only a slow leak in their coil. They inflated the price for the coil as well as the refrigerant to the tune of 11k to install new coil and refrigerant. Sami is the best! He cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help. I had no AC on one of the hottest days of the year in Dallas. He showed up and fixed my AC and got it up and running quickly. I recommend him to my clients and use him myself. He is reliable and knowledgeable. In the past he has fixed things that other AC people have said can’t be fixed. If you haven’t tried him you should.
