Went in to fix droopy eyelids and low brows. They did an excellent job on correcting them and I would recommend to others.

Absolutely awful. Referred by my optometrist for medically necessary eyelid surgery. Met with PA for a brief consultation. Was sent for a vision restriction test that was performed by an employee that admitted that she had not done the test before and did not know what she was doing. The machine was dirty with smeared glass and no attempt to clean. After test, was told my results were to be read by PA and I would be contacted. I never heard anything - no testing results, no surgical options, nothing but a bill for a co pay. ... read more
I had a medically necessary procedure (not cosmetic). On the positive side, I really liked the PA (Elizabeth) and I am pleased with my surgery. But here's what I didn't like: 1. I didn't like that photos taken, and scanning of insurance and driver's license, occurred on people's cellphones. When I asked about the receptionist using her cellphone, she got irritated. I just said it didn't seem safe, and her response was "Why wouldn't it be safe?" I think this practice can afford to use iPads like regular physician practices. 2... read more
