If you like ROACHES and continuous water DAMAGE, Luxe 88 is the place for you. I lived here for just short of a year and experienced two major water leaks that ruined thousands of dollars of furniture, left cracks and holes in the ceiling, exposed me to mold, and left me with respiratory problems and doctor’s visits. Maintenance’s first solution… paint over it (which they didn’t even do) Management wouldn’t even give me a bucket to collect the water. I had to use my pots. Tristin & Gabe are the most incredible, & knowledgeable maintenance guys there are! They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.
