I bought my wedding dress from Isobel and felt so beautiful in it. Isobel was always happy to help, do fittings, and gave me an experience I'll never forget. She really knew how to make the dress work FOR me and I could not fault her service and chats. She made me feel so confident
I had such an amazing time at luxe weddings. The dress selection was lovely with lots of different veils to match. Isabel had such a calming energy, knowing exactly when to step in and add some accessories but mostly giving me and my friend space and not feel stressed about needing to make a decision asap. She is also the in-house seamstress, so they offer a much quicker turnaround with alterations. We started looking for a wedding dress for my daughter in early 2024. We were determined that Tasmania would be able to produce a dress, it was just finding the right store and the right person. After visiting several stores, we decided to return to Luxe Bridal, where Morgen had found her dress, but had not let on. By visiting other stores it just confirmed her decision. I wouldn’t recommend looking for a wedding dress here, especially if you’re not a “straight size” as I believe the largest wedding gowns they had to try on was a 10/12. They also double booked my appointment time but made me feel as though I had gotten the date and time wrong. I half tried on two dresses before the sales women told me and my friends we’d have better luck elsewhere. We felt we were not welcome the moment we entered the shop and the staff felt rude.
