Jacob helped me while I was in a bit of a pinch. I needed an affordable family SUV quick, to which Lux had one available. From the time I called to inquire to the time I drove it away was about 3 hours. Jacob was incredibly flexible with an afternoon opening in his schedule. He clearly communicated all paperwork, was quick and efficient through all purchasing stages, and showed great professionalism. Had the pleasure of working with Jacob. Made the buying experience super quick and easy. Was able to provide proof the car was in good working condition and had favorable service records. I was able to pay in cash, but I believe they have some financing options as well. Would highly recommend buying from Lux! Thanks Jacob!
