I’m new to the area and was nervous to try somewhere new, but Luxara Salon completely won me over! I’ve been back a few times now and have loved my experience every single time. The salon is always super clean, aesthetic, and so well kept. Mai does my nails and she’s THE BEST — so detailed and cares about how they turn out! Kim did my pedicure and she’s so fun to talk with! Service was good, staff were pleasant, however they are ultimately overpriced. I looked at their prices before I received my services, asked questions and gave my request. I requested a child’s mani and pedi with gel polish, and an adult mani and pedi with gel polish. The service was good and my daughter enjoyed it. What I didn’t expect was the $218 price! It was ok, they didn’t even put lotion and give a massage after completing my nails. It’s overpriced my opinion. I could go to Charlotte for the same price and have a better experience to be honest. Technician was nice, just not what I expected with that price. Will not go back again myself.
Very overpriced, very unprofessional and they will take your appointment out from under you. Do not come here. Very disappointed in this place.
OVER PRICED!! not worth it!! I went there and had 2 nails to chip and then come completely off after a few days. I called them and asked what they would do, the owner told me to come and they will fix it. I go in get repaired they charged me half price.. l wasn’t made aware she was charging me and l asked her why should l have to pay, l was so upset about that l didn’t debate with her. I left and haven’t been back!!!
