David and his crew removed our old tired ducted split system and replaced it with a new much larger unit. The job was done asap and with no fuss. Dave went out of his way to make sure the requested control module was on hand when needed!!! They were easy to deal with, offered good advice, value for money product and cleaned up after themselves too!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new air conditioner!!!
We first contacted Dave to check out our options for improving the efficiency of our ducted, reverse cycle air conditioner. His suggestion was that we replace the unit with a ‘Midea’ unit, also to add an additional two outlets, and changing all the existing outlet covers to ones that were more efficient. Worst business I've ever had to deal with. We urgently needed to replace our underfloor ducting heating because the old one died. It was during the coldest period in the winter, we chose this company not because it was the cheapest but because they could do it the quickest. The owner was keen and nice at quoting stage and told me that we could contact him if there's any problem after installation. Well that was a lie just to get the job.
