Worse place ever to do business..
I paid my car off within a month but that was over a year and an half ago.. I tried to obtain the title just to discover the vehicle has a lien on it. I called and it’s now been a whole week of trying to get the lien removed or figure out what’s going on they rarely answer the phone and don’t return phone calls. Will never purchase from them again.
They hold a lien on your vehicle even after it’s been paid in full. You have to go to them & request that they release the lien from over a year ago. Not very friendly about their slack either
This morning was a challenge I’ve been experiencing car trouble and I had an original appointment with my own car dealer for a starter repair. They gave me the worst service and ordered to leave my car until it acts up again. I decided to take my car to lux and the staff there took care of me as if I owned one of their vehicles.
