I was in a PINCH when my regular stylist had to cancel last minute before a big work trip. Hannah at Lux called me back right away and got me in same day. She did an amazing job on my color even though I know my incredibly thick hair caught her off guard. I went from almost waist length, grown out color to the cutest bob with the brightest blonde and I feel so good. Thanks Hannah for making me feel beautiful during a busy time!

I don't write a lot of reviews but I rely heavily on them when deciding to go somewhere. I was really hopeful because of the all the positive reviews but I didn't have a good experience. I got my haircut by Jennica yesterday and it was the worst haircut/experience I've had. Maybe she was just having an off day but she seemed super rushed, didn't want to make conversation, and was really rough when blow drying my hair. She seemed annoyed by how long it was taking. I have been getting my hair cut by Jennica and I just have to say, she is amazing. I have had some horrible experiences at previous salons and she took the time to listen to me and was very understanding. She gave her advice while still listening to what I wanted. She is very personable and makes the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend her!!
