This place is awesome ! I pulled in this business to get my wiring fixed which would of took me awhile to track down the problem so my trailer lights would work . John the owner found the broken wires on this quickly. I also needed trailer brakes and had me ready to roll in no time at all. Very professional ,kind and reasonable on price.
We can’t say enough good about lux trailers. The somewhat emergency service was done immediately and completely . They went the extra mile to be nice, kind and helpful. Thank you so much .
Hit a speed bump that wasn't visible in the rain which cracked a ball joint on the truck. After getting the truck back almost a month later, I found one of the trailer axles was bent causing excessive tire wear (noticed a tire was chirping). Contacted Lux and spoke with the owner and she said bring it by for John to fix it. John made the assessment: the axle would need to be replaced along with a new tire. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Spoke to Anne at 12 about 2 trailer tires, she called back at1203 told her I was on the way from 45 mins away got there at 1pm no one was there. Called a few times, left a message. Then called a few more times. Then started going straight to Voicemail. Sent a text message. Waited for a half an hour with no5 a soul to be found and then left.
