I would give less if I could. Our relator has been trying to contact them regarding them dropping the ball on paying our home warranty provider their $ from our closing over a month ago. It is in our contract and was supposed to be paid. They were also supposed to snail mail us physical copies of closing documents per our request and it never happened after we and the relator both requestedthem again. No response from lux. Nice business clean and respectable
I have closed several transactions with Lux Title and all have went seamlessly. The communication throughout the process was efficient and proactive. They are flexible with closing times and locations, sending a mobile notary directly to my clients. Highly recommend.
My clients are always taken care of when we close with Lux Title Co. Their communication and follow through is clear, concise and prompt. Teresa, the closer, is the absolute BEST! She has been in the industry for a long time and always makes my clients feel at home. The Lux Title location in Westerville is equipped with photo props, and is such a nice place to bring clients to, however they are very flexible and offer remote closings as well! Highly recommend!
Teresa Hostetler (the notary who completed the closing) was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to ensure closing happened that day. Would highly recommend!
