Wasn’t much of a fan. I don’t think this salon is very professional. Definitely the most expensive in town. Pretty positive the right licenses aren’t being obtained for the employees working there as well.
Way over-priced and Krystina spends most of her time on personal phone calls instead of focusing on customer service. I would not recommend this place.
Krystina is a very skilled nail tech and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. There was no pain at any point in time. My nails are exactly what I wanted! She also did my daughter's nails for Homecoming and my daughter is extremely happy with them. There are many other services here and just by the way she pampers you I can tell the whole spa is a masterpiece. I will definitely go again.
Took my granddaughter for a mani pedi. Wonderful experience but the polish on my granddaughters nails came off in just over a week (mostly my granddaughters fault) I took her back and Christina re-did them at a discount. Not sure what she did but they are still colored 3 weeks later. We will definitely go back.
