Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I purchased these chairs 4 months ago, and within less than a month, two of them were already damaged. When I contacted the company, I was told that someone from the repair team would reach out to fix the issue. However, it has now been 3 months, and no one has contacted me or come to repair the chairs. What is even more frustrating is that the chairs were sold with a 3-year warranty, yet they failed within the first 2 months of use. I have called several time... read more
