Got my acrylics removed was confused why a drill was being used and not soaked off. Asked for soak off but the hot spots had already happened On top of that my polish is bumpy and over the edges onto my skin. How do you charge for removal, shellac and manicure when my cuticles still look dry? I added a photo of what my nails looked like while removing the acrylic overlay… and the day after I got them done
