I’m leaving this review at the request of the company’s automated texting system. I say automated because it’s obvious the review was not read by a person. I just didn't have a good initial experience on the phone. I responded to an instagram offer and when I was contacted by phone , it was never explained to me that this procedure would only provide a very subtle change, would need to be a series of 4 treatments ($250 each) and that it would need to then be maintained every 3 months. I always have a great experience here. My appointments are consistently on time, which I really appreciate. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making every visit comfortable and pleasant. The office is well organized, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Dr. Castelli and his staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I had under-eye fillers done today, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only did Dr. Castelli come in early and see me without an appointment, but he also took his time to ensure everything was done perfectly. The results were immediate, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Castelli and will definitely return when it's time for my next treatment!
