I love this place Hannah and Alya (sorry if I butchered her name 😭😭) I love them. I’ve went to them for years. She’s so down to earth she’s so fun to talk to you. She keeps it interesting and she listens to what I need and she also gives her opinions on what my hair needs instead of feeding me, some bullshit lie, and I’d love her for that. She and Hannah are GOATED💕💕🥹💕💕. ✨HERES MY HAIR OVER THE YEARS IVE WENT TO THEM!!!✨
I booked a last minute appointment and I can’t decide if Ayla did a better job with my hair or with her bubbly personality making me feel welcome and comfortable. She gave me exactly what I wanted and took the time to walk through how to style it while she worked. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a salon and am so happy to have found them! All of the stylists spoke so kindly to each other and complimented each others work and the whole environment was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back!
Hannah is truly the best of the best! I won’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows or my hair. I absolutely love her and this salon—everyone is always so welcoming and genuinely sweet. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you definitely should! I also get all of my hair products from them, and they never disappoint.
I am not happy with my service or cut at all. Lux came highly recommended by numerous people. I was better off letting my 18 year old daughter or my fiancé cutting my hair. Grace was my stylist. She wasn't very pleasant. Never smiled once. While I sat in her chair, she asked me what I wanted. I told her i wanted a crisp, blunt cut and for it to be all one length and I did NOT want it to be shorter in the front and longer in the back. I was willing to go short but not chin length. I had a wonderful experience at Lux salon with Lindsey. I came in after having my hair butchered at another salon. Thankfully Lindsey was able to fix my hair all while maintaining as much length as possible. Lindsey was really kind and easy to talk to. She is the only person I will be seeing from now on!
