I don’t think I saw one young lady with a smile on her face the entire time we were there. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming from start to finish. The pedicure section was also extremely disappointing. If sitting completely upright on a rock-hard bench while getting a pedicure — and leaving with a sore back — is your thing, then this may be the place for you. Excellent service!! Highly recommend this Salon, Megan was wonderful and the atmosphere was clean, classy, warm and inviting.
Today was my first time going to Lux and I must say , it is a beautiful salon. The atmosphere is so nice and friendly and so clean. I went to have my nails done by Natasha as a friend referred her. I'm so glad she did. Natasha is wonderful. I would highly recommend her. She is so meticulous and caring. I'm so pleased. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Natasha. Looking forward to my Christmas themed nails. 😊
