I went into the location on blue lakes blvd. I was there to see about getting my wife a certificate to get what ever she wanted done as part of her 1 yr anniversary gift. I seen that each worker was with someone so I sat quietly and waited to ask about a gift certificate. I sat there for an hr, no one asked me a single thing, not how are you, not what can we do for you, nothing..
