LUX Homes has a very caring and organized team. In my experience with both their office and construction team, they are excellent at communicating and fully transparent throughout the entire process. No surprises. I really appreciate the way they do their contracts and that they offer either a fixed price or cost-plus contract. That way you know what you're going to be paying.
