I had one of the most beautiful manicure and pedicures from Rose! She really noticed details and didn’t skip any steps. Lux Palace was also super clean and I could tell my nail tech, Rose, was very mindful of keeping her space clean and tidy. Everyone that worked there was friendly and it was a relaxing environment. Rose also did a great job waxing my eyebrows. I could tell she is a true professional of her trade. Such a wonderful experience.

Really friendly and clean ENVIRONMENT! Great nail and pedi care services. I go biweekly for refill and pedicure. Owners, Staff and consumers also very pleasant.

I walked in on June 25th to get a manicure. I was seated and asked to choose a color. A gentleman in a tshirt started prepping my nails. The service felt rushed and was unprofessional. No soap was used in the water to soak my hands in which is a sanitary issue. He dipped my right hand in water for 10 seconds before starting to pick at my cuticles. usually come in here on my lunch break to get my eyebrows waxed. Went there today and sat there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. I got up to ask somebody how long the weight is for waxing and she said just a couple minutes and then put somebody else in the wax chair before me . Won’t go back here.
