Dont bother with this place. First time and last time I ever go. Went in on Sunday to get infills. One nail came off on Monday. I didnt have time to go back all week because of work. Then walked in on Saturday and told them it came off. They charged me $5 for repairing it. Unbelievable. This isnt my usual place, but wouldn't even use them as a back up.
they made me wait for 45 mins! i end up leaving! this is ridiculous! stop accepting customer if u cant accommodate them!
I'm a regular and the service is usually friendly, professional and hygienic. Lots of nail art options and treatments. Sometimes they take in too many customers which can result in delays. Lovely staff.
I did Pedicure . Very poor service, beautician not at all polite, she didn’t do foot massage. Not at all recommended . Waste of money.
Told it won’t be long and offered a seat to wait. Waited way too long. Has happened more than once. JUST BE HONEST IF THERE IS NO TIME TO GET NAILS DONE JUST SAY THAT SO CUSTOMERS ARE NOT WAITING FOR SOO LONG JUST TO GET NAILS RUSHED AT THE END. I recommend to go to the nail salon next to Big W as they have a smaller shop but at-least they are honest and have awesome customer service. Quality over Quantity for our customers
