My new favorite nail salon in New Orleans!! The girls that work there are so friendly and fun to talk to and they do an incredible job every single time. They do not disappoint. I highly suggest making this your new go to nail place. 🩷
Horrible experience. I used to come here all the time and it was the best. I went to try it again and it was horrible. I had an appointment for a refill and asked to also get a pedicure. My refill was rushed and they did not even put the oil on. They completely forgot about my pedicure and did not once mention it. They started working on walk ins and I was just standing there waiting for my pedicure that never came. I ended up just paying and leaving because they forgot about me. They also went up on prices. Excellent nail shop. Everyone friendly and professional.
Worst manicure ever. It took me 2 days to remove the gel and acetone that melted to my fingers. They don’t even have me wash my hands and left me soaking in the acetone way too long with plastic gloves over it. My nails are rough because they don’t even buff them after scraping my gel off. Also my nails looked dirty when I left.
