I was highly disappointed the way my daughter was charged!! She asked for just a little bit a glitter around her big toe....the girl did it! When it was time to pay, Daniel said 40.00 for her pedicure!! Now I was told it was 30.00.....he charged her 40.00 without telling her that the glitter was going to be an extra charge!!! I went to visit the surrounding area and really wanted a pedicure, Victoria set up my appointment they are under new management so the old reviews didn’t scare me. They came through her sister did mine it was if not one of the best pedicures I had in awhile it felt so refreshing the shop is super clean and they were very social which is a plus, I loved it whenever I’m in the area again they are my go to.
The foot message was wonderful! The rest was a nightmare!! The man who was "taking of me" became very annoyed when I said I just wanted a regular, not no chip polish. He was angry and said, "As soon as you walk out the door, it will come off, I'm not responsible!"As my nails were drying, I watched him take the protective sanitary bag from the foot bowl and turn it inside out. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I left. That grossed me out. What else is going on?? You're putting yourself at sanitary risk. Be careful.
I really love the environment. Highly recommend!
