While everyone was nice, the quality of nail painting is terrible. I got the classic mani and pedi and while my pedicure was ok, during my mani the girl was in such a rush she clipped the skin under my thumb when cutting my nails. When I was finished, the person doing my feet walked away for a second and the other person who was doing my nails came over, took the spacers out of my toes, quickly sprayed them with something and said “it’s time for you to leave.” I had been sitting there for 3 minutes! I had such a wonderful experience at Lux Nails Lounge & Head Spa and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to relax and treat themselves. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, calm, and very professional. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the entire visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.
