I went there to get a dip powder manicure and a gel pedicure. Unfortunately, I had a hard time getting what I wanted. In the end, I received the dip powder, but they charged me for a manicure service that I didn't actually receive. A week later, I discovered from a friend that I had been overcharged. Additionally, I found it frustrating that whenever I asked a question, three people would answer me at the same time. They are very good. Walk-in wait is very long. It will be very nice to be able to know the price before getting serve so it will avoid any misunderstanding.
Tina the manager is amazing! She's a genuine soul. Very talented! She does my nails, and my lashes. Go to Lux, ask for Tina. You will be happy with her skill. Thank you Tina, I appreciate your care♡
The nails were poorly shaped and when I asked for her to fix it she didn’t.
