Went in for an infill and specifically asked for a lot of the length to be taken off. While the length was reduced, I was never asked what shape I wanted. The technician simply continued with the same shape as my previous set without any discussion. The colour selection process was also disappointing. Most salons I’ve visited will apply the colour to one nail first to make sure you’re happy with it before proceeding, but all nails were painted without checking. Had previously had my nails done here,very rushed and very rude. I then found another salon and had attended there and then they left so I went back one morning to book in. I was the 3rd person there and was rudley told no time come back this afternoon I came back and stood no time Busy And I wont ever go back. Strongly recommend not to go here Very rude very over priced and very unprofessional, my nails grow differently now.
