Never been here. Drove down from West Yellowstone, MT 1.5 hours just to get my nails filled; I walk in, older gentleman says “hello can I help you?” I said I need a fill, he then tells me “we don’t have room right now” guess I won’t be bringing my business here.

The old lady with the glasses didn’t give a very good pedicure, and then put my Birkenstocks back on my while I tried to protest and tell ask for the foam slippers that all spa places have. So of course my shoes messed up my toes and when I asked her to fix it, she just huffed and puffed as she found some foam slippers and had to fix her mistake. I was going to get a full set manicure as well, but cancelled and just left.

i had made an appointment for 6:45.(for a full set) bc i called earlier and he told me that’s the time that works. i got there at 6:35, was told to sit and wait. a mom and her 2 kids without an appointment that were just there to see available times, was told that they could get there nails done right now. and then 2 more girls walk in and are already seated and helped. all of these people did not have an appointment, and were helped before the person that had one and came on time. one of the coworkers walked out. and they c... read more
