So I went and they don’t take me in until 40 ish minutes which I guess it wasn’t a big deal and then I feel like sometimes they take too much people in that they can handle they had a lot of costumers that hadn’t been helped for like 40 ish minutes I asked for French tips that thing just looked like a straight line nothing like I wanted and I wanted a little design on them but they didn’t have the color that I wanted and that’s okay (the old guy did my nails) and he was just being rude about my nails I told him I wanted a co... read more

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I absolutely adore this salon! Dave and Mi usually do my acrylics and they always turn out perfect- my nails last a solid 3 weeks without lifting or breaking. I’m very picky, and you can tell them exactly what you want and they deliver every time. Getting your nails done should be relaxing, and the atmosphere here makes all the difference. First time I had my nails done at lux, they were amazing. Now the second time I absolutely hate them. Two different nail techs. Acrylic is lumpy and thick. Look.like a grad schooler tried lee press on nails. Not sure I will go back for a third round. I would like them taken off!! AT NO CHARGE!
