My favorite nail salon. They do a great job.
Me and my daughter always comes here for pedicure, I absolutely love coming here. I have never got a set of nails here. But they do amazing on pedicure, the two women that done our pedicure was the sweetest two ladies I ever met.. I also loved how they have pedicure set off to itself, very relaxing experience.
I had two different women who performed my services. The first cut 3 of my toes to the point of bleeding. She had to hold gauze in place for a few mins to get them to stop. The second woman who did my manicure was not very thorough and I felt she rushed through it as they were starting to get busy. The polish application was lumpy in places as well as having multiple spots where my natural nail was still exposed.
I have taken my mom to many different salons for her pedicures across Kingsport, but Lux Nails is officially her absolute favorite. The quality of service here is truly top-notch. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly cheerful, enthusiastic, and attentive to every detail. My mom kept mentioning how happy she was with the care she received.
