I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Lux Nail Bar. On August 10th, I was charged $422 for a fill, a full set, and two pedicures—an amount that is far higher than the prices listed on the website. I spent hundreds of dollars on services that don’t even look like they are worth anywhere near that price. The quality of the work does not reflect what I was charged. Nina did AMAZING and she was so sweet
Nina was friendly, sweet, & meticulous! Go in there on a weekday if you plan on getting a lot of designs! She took her time & made them exactly like the photos I showed her! It was the best birthday gift! The Pedi in my opinion was too expensive! I wasn't told it was $15 extra for gel.. Which I think is too much for an upcharge on a $60 pedicure to begin with. I felt rushed in picking one & should've been told about the upcharge for gel when I was deciding. The massage was also too light. The orange treatment was really nice... read more
