I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this salon. The technician clearly did not know how to properly use an e-file (drill) — she couldn’t thin out my existing SNS and was not even able to remove my current polish correctly. Basic technical competency was completely lacking. On top of that, the owner was disengaged and allowed someone without the necessary training or skillset to work on clients. Worst experience ever. They completely ruined my nails and showed no professionalism. I definitely don't recommend this place.
Terrible customer service & charged over $20 for a nail soak off! Would not recommend to anyone ever.
During my family recent visit to a nail shop in Buford over Thanksgiving, we had an experience that was quite disappointing. The service did not reflect the prices my niece paid. She had requested two pedicures & one manicure, but things started to go awry from the outset. The technician began my niece pedicure by applying polish to her toes before even cleaning her feet, which I found quite perplexing.
