I just looked up the reviews here as l am recommending these guys to a mate and wondered if my experience matched others. I used Adrian and the boys twice and they were excellent - l wouldn't be recommending them otherwise. I'm amazed at the negative reviews; l found them to be relaxed, workmanlike and amiable.
I cannot recommend Lux Moves highly enough! Adrian and Norm expertly and graciously moved me in what turned out to be a much bigger job than I had thought. They seamlessly accommodated the extra time required- and worked so hard and so professionally. They are definitely the best removalists I have ever used. Thank-you SO much Adrian and Norm. LESS THAN ZERO. Sent 3 mugs who should have stayed at the pub. Smashed my expensive coffee table by dropping it from a height from a non-secured trolley. Keep getting rubbish excuses and the run around by Adrian, claiming "insurance will pay", but nothing eventuates. He has some un-luxe pretend secretary with zero customer service skills fielding all the disgruntled calls from unhappy scammed customers, to nowhere and nobody. Pay up, because next step is Fair Trading. The good reviews must be fake.
Very reliable and helpful removalists! Adrian and his team got everything to our new place quickly and without any issues. I have recommended them to all family and friends
