Order the part over 3 weeks ago communication nothing shipped. I have sent 4 emails no response what a joke
I have a ducati and parts and advice are not cheap for these motorcycles. Everytime I need a part or have a question .this shop gets back to me with a text message ,even when they are racing out of town ,he takes the time to text me back to let me know when I can come in. And the shop is beautifull. They have state of the art tools and computers to diagnose and fix bikes ..five stars I would recommend these guys to buy parts or have work on your 40,000 dollar ducati anytime...
Victor(Owner) specializes in any Ducatis. He’s very knowledgeable and precise at what he does. He serviced my 1098 and even swapped the motor for my Monster s4rs. Why go to dealership when he can do anything for a reasonable price in a short period of time? This is my go to spot and I will not go anywhere else to get my bikes serviced.
I just found this place and I am truly happy I did. They work on Ducati and I already got some work done. Got some new parts and Victor fixed a problematic brake issue. I went with some used rotors that were straight and functional. He gave me options of what I could do. Now the bike rides 100x better than when I brought it in. Will definitely go back. I have bought parts from them a few times. These guys are always up front honest and very helpful. To me that is everything. Being a mechanic and a rider I'm glad to do business with them.
