I had the best experience at Lux! Everyone is so welcoming and the atmosphere beautiful, clean, and relaxing. And, Katie is truly the best! She goes above and beyond for not only her clients but her employees as well. She genuinely cares about everyone who comes through the door, and is a huge girls girl! Highly recommend!!
Friendly staff
We had an important service we got done that I was so excited about. The person we went too was already giving bad communication through text so I already had a off feeling but went through with it. We got there on time and unfortunately had to wait 10 mins because someone else was still getting their service. It seemed like when I asked questions I was given a dumb look or face.
