We used this service for a drive to and from the airport. Was a little nervous have not taking a flight in a while and this is the first time a family member didnt drive us. They were amazing, we booked a few months advanced. They sent emails kept us up to date. Both drives went so smooth. Even our plane on the way home couldnt land because of fog and we were 30 minutes delayed. The drivers were very nice and the stressful drive in the city went great. Will be using the service again.
Used Lux Limo for my son Cole’ prom. Great service. Kids had nothing but great things to say. Customer service over the phone was great too. Would use this service again.
We had a horrendous experience with this company. We had arranged an suv pickup for transportation the Toronto Pearson Airport at 0650 am for 4 people and luggage and one person uses a walker. It was very well communicated. They were on time but sent a car!! Couldn’t even fit the luggage. The driver put one carry on in the front passenger foot space. I have used Lux Limo to take me back and forth to both Pearson and Billy Bishop multiple times over the last few years. All the drivers are great to talk to and they're always on time. I will continue to use Lux Limo for many more years to come. Highly Recommended!
We booked Lux Limo months in advance to drop off and pick up at the airport for our trip. The drive to the airport was great. When we arrived back in Toronto, we had a different experience. When the flight landed we got a welcome text, stating the instructions and that the driver would be waiting for us at the pick up location.
