We had a horrendous experience with this company. We had arranged an suv pickup for transportation the Toronto Pearson Airport at 0650 am for 4 people and luggage and one person uses a walker. It was very well communicated. They were on time but sent a car!! Couldn’t even fit the luggage. The driver put one carry on in the front passenger foot space. I have used Lux Limo to take me back and forth to both Pearson and Billy Bishop multiple times over the last few years. All the drivers are great to talk to and they're always on time. I will continue to use Lux Limo for many more years to come. Highly Recommended!

We booked Lux Limo months in advance to drop off and pick up at the airport for our trip. The drive to the airport was great. When we arrived back in Toronto, we had a different experience. When the flight landed we got a welcome text, stating the instructions and that the driver would be waiting for us at the pick up location. Our luggage took a little longer than expected, we flew Sunwing. When we got to the pick up location, the company had told us they were cancelling our car because our luggage took too long. We booked a limo home from the airport weeks in advance of travel. We were given the information as to the process when we arrived and where to meet the driver / car. We followed the instructions however when we arrived at the Pre-booked Limo desk they had no record of our ride. We then called Luxe Limo who told us they had no record of our reservation. We hired Lux Limos for our wedding and we ordered a limo, a shuttle bus, and a car from them. Overall it was a positive experience. Our limo driver John was FANTASTIC. He was so sweet and professional, we really enjoyed his services. Costs seemed to be the average for the current industry. There was a little bit of confusion and delayed communication while booking initially with the company, but overall on the day of they showed up well for us!
