I hired Melissa Brown of Lux Lifestyle LLC expecting full-service, high-touch wedding planning as explicitly promised in her contract and marketing. Unfortunately, my experience fell dramatically short in nearly every core area and resulted in unnecessary stress, emotional distress, and significant self-management on my part. Very unprofessional and double dipped by charging me twice. Left me out of communication in regards to my cake final review. I do not recommend. Please be aware and check all your invoices. She doesn't want people to speak the truth. How are ppl supposed make the right choice if they are not able to read people’s experiences? I would hate for anyone else to get screwed over.
