After a talk today I feel satisfied that bargain buds will continue having my business that being said your morning staff are very polite and honest and caring I appreciate our talk this morning. All things aside now bargain buds is top in this area. Will continue shopping here. Kodi is very experienced in handling situations and maintains very strong professional work ethic its always a joy seeing her and contributing to your company. She deserves a raise!
Disappointed with the rebrand as they dissolved the loyalty program without telling any of their customers for them to cash out their points and have not even tried to come to a resolution or have any updates when asked. This issue has been going on for months now and ownership clearly does not care about keeping customers. Made my last purchase today ; will not be returning. Go elsewhere for better bud.
Staff are great, prices are fantastic. Just sad for us to go from "lux" to "bargain" :-(
I absolutely love this place and I’ve been going here since it was Lux Leaf, however, I’m having an incredibly hard time with the rebranding aesthetics unfortunately. When it comes to looking at the screens with all the products the yellow text on top of the yellow leafs in the background make my eyes hurt and gave me a headache when I was last in. Visiting from out of town and just had a really good experience with Mika in store, very kind and patient, she was minutes from closing and had several customers but was so so understanding and definitely went way beyond what is even necessary/what someone should even expect from a budtender. Very friendly to customers, does her job well, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves at work!
